INAUGURAL POST

I did it.

I chose a title. (Thanks, Sam)

Created a domain. (Not a real fancy pay-money-kind-for-a-domain-domain)

I made a header.

Chose a font. (30 minutes of my life I won't get back)

And here we are.

Typing on the open canvas of the first post for 'Six Pack and a Hound'.

Wondering if a blog could earn me a living?

I love to write.

I love to read other people's blogs.

So here's mine ours.

We are still in Minnesota...but in a few short months, we'll be making the trek to Colorado to settle there.

Some days I think we're crazy.
However, most days I feel excited and honestly can't believe we've committed to doing this.

My goal for this blog is to record the life events--big and small--as we transition our family from our home in Minnesota to Colorado---a place we hope will feel like home after awhile.

So here we go.

If you're coming along for the ride, I'm grateful.
This will be a place to turn my anxiety, fears, excitement, woes, thrills and antics into poetry on this blog to hopefully allow you, the reader to slip away for a few minutes.
To your benefit, I hope you feel a little more normal knowing that crazies like us exist.
